Ford of Murfreesboro Helps Smyrna High School

Educational budget cuts are forcing schools to either eliminate valued programs or search for other means of funding. Ford of Murfreesboro has teamed with the Ford Motor Company and is sponsoring the Drive One 4 UR School program at Smyrna High School.

Ford of Murfreesboro Owner-Manager David Lee said, "We’ve always believed in our community and the best way to demonstrate that is to support it in every way we can, starting with kids.”

In April, Ford, its dealers and high schools will attempt to raise a record-setting $1 million in a single month through more than 300 Drive One 4 UR School events throughout the U.S.

Ford of Murfreesboro and Smyrna High School will host their Drive One 4 UR School event on Sunday, April 22 at Smyrna High School from 10:30am – 4pm.

“Our community has been fortunate to have the support of a business leader like Ford of Murfreesboro,” said Rick Powell, principal of Smyrna High School. “We are happy to partner with Ford for a program benefiting our school and our kids.”
