A new report by Core Logic shows foreclosure rates in Murfreesboro continue downward. The report shows a three month decline in foreclosure rates in the county seat, reaching a three-year low. Foreclosure rates now sit at point-six-nine-percent for January, that's point oh-eight-percent down from December of 2013. The foreclosure rate is also well below the national rate of just under two-percent.
