Eulice E. Handy, the former DCS caseworker accused of unlawful sexual contact with a woman in Rutherford County, is expected to file a plea in court on April 27, 2016. Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrested Handy in July of 2015.

During the course of the TBI investigation, Agents developed information that while on duty as a DCS caseworker, Handy visited a residence in La Vergne to conduct an assessment of the living conditions. Investigators further determined Handy made contact with an adult female at the home, with whom he had sexual contact without her consent.
