Former NFL quarterback and Murfreesboro resident featured on local kids show

Former NFL quarterback and Murfreesboro resident Kelly Holcomb is the featured guest in the newest edition of "Adventures in Murphry's Burrow" on CityTV. Murph talks with Holcomb about his football career from Lincoln County, Tenn. to MTSU and the NFL.

Holcomb began his NLF career with the Indianapolis Colts in 1996 but also played for the Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills, Philadelphia Eagles, and Minnesota Vikings. Holcomb won an Ohio Valley Conference championship at Middle Tennessee State University where he threw for over 2,000 yards his senior year. He also played basketball and baseball along with football growing up in Fayetteville in Lincoln County, Tenn., where he helped lead his high school football team to a state championship in 1990.
