A former co-host of a Sunday program on WGNS has passed away. Cheryl Zachery Smith recently lost her fight with cancer on Thursday. She was on the show Straight from the Heart with Maxine Drake every Sunday Morning.

Smith died at the age of 47. Rucker Memorial Chapel are in charge of arraignments for Mrs. Smith.
