A former Tennessee Titans cheerleader will be in court Wednesday to answer to charges of soliciting a minor for sex. Forty-two year old Elizabeth Garner of Nashville will go before Judge David Bragg after being indicted by a grand jury on a charge of aggravated sexual battery and a charge of soliciting a 12-year old for sex. The alleged incident occurred in February and has been investigated by the Tennessee Department of Children's Services and Murfreesboro Police.
