Forum on Synthetic Drugs Thursday Night at 6

A public forum on synthetic drugs will be held on Thursday night at 6. The forum will discuss the skyrocketing number of teens who have tried synthetic drugs. The forum will be in the Riverdale High School auditorium. Trey King with the state attorney general’s office will be on hand to talk to parents about drug use. WGNS was told that Murfreesboro Police officer Greg Flanagan will also be at the forum to address the growing problem affecting our youth.

BULLETIN: New Hours at Social Security Office
The Murfreesboro Social Security Office has reduced public office hours 30-minutes each weekday. It is now open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. PLUS: the office now closes at NOON every Wednesday. Social Security employees will continue to work their regular shifts, but this change allows time for face-to-face consultations as well as processing more claims.
