UPDATE: The Town of LaVergne wants to see the Rutherford County Schools building plan change slightly to allow for a reconstruction addition to the LaVergne Middle School sooner rather than later. The question is still up in the air as to if that will happen.

The School Board building plan includes a new middle and elementary school on Rocky Fork Road, a major renovation / addition of Smyrna Middle School and a renovation / addition at David Youree Elementary.
