An 18-year old was arrested on a charge of "Felony possession with the intent to Distribute" after police spotted his BMW sitting unattended next to a Jeep in Murfreesboro. The arrest took place early Friday morning.

When police pulled up, the officer walked up to the Jeep that was occupied by two men. The officer noted a smell of marijuana and asked the driver of the Jeep where the illegal weed was located. The driver of the Jeep then told the officer it was under his rear floor mat. The attention then turned to the 2001 Beamer.

The passenger in the Jeep told police the BMW was his ride. Suriya Vongratsamy was asked if he had any dope in his car and he said there was indeed marijuana in his vehicle. Of course, his reply was not as enthusiastic as that... When police checked the BMW they retrieved the drug along with a small black scale, several empty plastic baggie boxes and numerous other types of plastic bags. During questioning, a report filed on Friday stated, "Mr. Vongratsamy admitted to using the baggies to sell marijuana. He also advised that he sold the marijuana [to the man in the Jeep]."

The Murfreesboro teenager was booked under a $4,000 bond and released from jail around 8:00 Friday morning.

As for the driver of the Jeep, he was not arrested and only issued a citation.
