City Engineer Sam Huddleston says that repairs on the Gateway Ialand Pond are now complete, and that the pond is being refilled. He sent WGNS the following pictures to display the progress.

The Murfreesboro Social Security Office has reduced public office hours 30-minutes each weekday. It is now open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. PLUS: the office now closes at NOON every Wednesday.
