Gold Rolex and More Stolen at a Murfreesboro Doctor's Office

Murfreesboro Police are investigating a theft at a local doctors offices that totals more than $50,000. The theft occurred at Stones River Medical on South Church Street.

An employee at the office first noticed that $24 in petty cash was missing from the safe, from there - the doctor noticed even more was missing than just cash.

A gold Rolex worth $40,000 that was in the safe was gone along with a silver Rolex valued at $7,000. A $4,000 Breitling watch was also gone.

The case is under investigation by Murfreesboro Detectives. A police report filed on Thursday shows that at least 5 employees, some past and some present, had access to the safe in the medical office.

At this point no arrests have been made.
