The Murfreesboro Police Department is investigating a missing person case involving a possible runaway juvenile. 16-Year old Josh Elmore recently moved to Murfreesboro with his family and had his phone and other privileges taken away for disciplinary purposes. As a result, he threatened to kill himself or run away. Josh left home the morning of July 24, 2014 on his black mountain bike. A neighbor may have seen Josh place the bike into the back of a red pickup truck and leave with the driver of the truck. Josh was last seen wearing black shorts and a black t-shirt.

Anyone with information regarding this case may call the MPD at 615-893-1311, the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND or Rutherford County Crime Stoppers at 615-893-STOP(7867).
