Prep football kicks off Friday as teams will have one more big practice under the lights before the regular season kicks off. The Rutherford County Football Jamboree is Friday and NewsRadio WGNS will broadcast all four match-ups from Stewarts Creek. All nine TSSAA high schools will be previewed as we inch closer to the start of the regular season next week. Monte will also join Bryan Barrett and Jon Dinkins as the 24th season of the Prentice Alsup Heating and Air Coaches Corner kicks off Saturday from their new home, Bojangle's on Memorial Boulevard. The show will begin at 8am.
