Murfreesboro Police Sgt. Tim Higgins reports Dustin Heath was arrested at the McDonald's on Broad at South Church Friday morning at 9am. He was called to the restaurant after it was reported someone was doing drugs in the men's bathroom.

When the officer approached the suspect, he reports Heath tried to hid a bag with lime green pills in it. Higgins, during a search of the suspect, turned up a spoon with burn marks, a syringe and a lighter. When being patted down, the suspect then reportedly sucked the plastic bag into his mouth and swallowed the pills. Those pills were later discovered to be Saboxin.

Heath was taken to the St. Thomas Rutherford E-R before then being taken to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. He'll face several charged in General Sessions Court on July 12th.
