The investigation into the standoff will continue and while charges were not ruled out, Evans says this boils down to a civil legal matter...

Initial reports just before 8am Wednesday morning were that someone barricaded himself inside H3O Aquatics, on Robert Rose Drive near Interfaith Dental. Murfreesboro Police evacuated nearby businesses and shut down Robert Rose Drive.

"Good morning everyone. This is Captain Michael Burrows from H3O Aquatics. Here is whats going on... first of all, every one is safe. No one has been hurt. There is a crazy ex-physician that has locked himself in the building and is threatening to burn the building down. This crazy guy has nothing to do with the business on robert rose dr. There is no one else inside the building. The police are doing an excellent job. We may be open for business later this afternoon and we may not be. We are not sure at this time. Thank you and God bless."
