It is cold outside - what is the weather forecast?

Wednesday’s high is at 45 degrees and Wednesday night the thermometer dropped down to 24. There was also a chance of freezing rain or sleet, but that did not happen on Wednesday night. So what are people doing to stay warm when they have to be outside?

It will be mostly sunny on Thursday with highs in the upper 30s.  Making it feel colder will be a north winds  between 10 to 20 mph.
