Several home burglaries have been reported in recent days in Rutherford County. One burglary stand's out though as the victim reported her $8,000 (70 inch) Sony 3-D TV was stolen along with a car.

Evidently, the culprit or culprits made their way into the Blaze Drive home by opening the garage door. Once in the garage, they then broke in through the kitchen door of the house.

To make matters worse for the homeowner, the car that was parked in the garage was also taken in the burglary. The car was a 2002 Jaguar XT-3.

In addition to the $8,000 TV that was taken and the Jag, the subject also stole a 42" Plasma TV, jewelry, shoes, and clothing. The total theft added up to over $25,000, which included the Jaguar. The Jaguar was later recovered.

So far, no arrests have been made.
