The Lascassas Volunteer Fire Department, Lascassas Community Ball Club, and the Lascassas / Milton Lions Club have joined forces to present the first-ever Lascassas Summer Jam this coming Friday night at 5:00 o'clock (8/2/2013).

 

Fire spokesperson Trey Nunley told WGNS News, "There will be live music for several groups such as the Walker Howell Band, Rhett McDonald (son of Lonestar's Rich McDonald), and The Van Lears."

 

In addition to the music, there will be other children's activities by Jumper's Playhouse, the U.S. National Guard, and local activities such as auctions and prize walks. All donations collected will benefit the organizations and their individual missions.
