Legal Aid Society Rebuilding after Arson Fire

The Legal Aid Society hopes to get back in their Walnut Street location sometime this winter. Andrae Crismon tells NewsRadio WGNS they were displaced after a fire June 15th, which was ruled an arson. After considering their next step, rebuilding on Walnut Street seemed like the right move for the organization...

The Legal Aid Society is continuing to meet clients' needs and have temporary office space at the Law Offices of John Blankenship on 307 Hickerson Drive.

Legal Aid Society is a private, non-profit organization that provides free legal services to people with low income. They only do civil cases - cases where you yourself will not be sent to jail - and not criminal cases.
