Smyrna Fire Department's Lieutenant Bart Myers. A woman was critically injured in a fire early Wednesday morning at a Smyrna apartment complex. Lieutenant Myers entered a blazing apartment complex, crawled on his stomach into a smoke-filled room to save a 67-year old woman. Thanks to Smyrna Fire Department's Lieutenant Bart Myers, the seriously burned female was rescued and rushed to the hospital.
