"Little Evil" (alias) facing multiple charges in Rutherford County Courtroom

The courts in Rutherford County have set aside a total of three days for a trial involving a Murfreesboro man who allegedly goes by the nickname of "Little Evil." Timothy Rainey will appear before the Honorable Judge Keith Siskin on Thursday (5/9/13). Rainey is being represented by attorney Drew Justice.

Rainey, who was originally arrested in July of 2012, will face a wide variety of charges that include:

  • Five counts of especially aggravated kidnapping
  • Conspiracy to commit especially aggravated kidnapping
  • Three counts of aggravated robbery
  • One count of aggravated burglary
  • Possession of a weapon in the commission of a felony
  • Possession of a weapon by a convicted felon
  • Possession of marijuana

Rainey is currently being held in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
