Local resident Steve Morton has helped to raise OVER $65,000 for the Make a Wish Foundation with “Letters to Santa” that local children in Rutherford County write. Morton told us his son made the wish of a cruise that his entire family went on. His son has his 26th surgery scheduled for January.
Today, Morton is busy collecting letters written by local children TO Santa. Macy’s Department Store told Steve that for each letter written, they will donate $1 to the foundation.
Your letter can be dropped off at the following sites in Rutherford County:
- The Boys and Girls Club (M’boro and Smyrna)
- YMCA (M’boro and Smyrna)
- TN Pediatrics
- Sewell’s Grocery in Eagleville
