A 37-year old man has been arrested on charges of incest and two counts of rape. WGNS is not releasing the name of the individual to protect the identity of the 14-year old male victim.

The suspect, who is a native of Mexico, is currently living in Nashville, but was arrested in Murfreesboro. Apparently, the two charges of rape and incest occurred in Rutherford County. Reports indicate the culprit is also facing similar charges in LaVergne and may face additional charges in Smyrna and Nashville.

The suspect was booked under a $250-thousand bond. He will appear in Rutherford County Circuit Court on November 19th.
