28-Year old Matthew Hughes is back behind bars. A sealed indictment landed the subject back in jail on Thursday afternoon.
This past June he was accused of possessing child pornography after a woman who met him through an online dating site claims he showed her child pornography that he allegedly had on his cellphone.
Tosha Rowland told WGNS her date with Hughes started at a Nashville bar and eventually progressed to a Nashville hotel. It was at that hotel that Rowland said Hughes showed her his cell phone. Rowland told us what she saw on the phone.
The suspect was booked under a $50,000 bond on Thursday. After Hughes was booked into the jail at 2:16 Thursday afternoon, he posted bond and was released by 3:20, Thursday.
