43-Year old Stacey M. Tuell of Murfreesboro has been arrested for driving on a revoked license for the 9th time. Tuell ran into the long arm of the law Wednesday morning on Mercury Boulevard. Police say they pulled Tuell over for having a cracked windshield. The S. Church St. resident allegedly fled from police in his Pontiac Sunfire after the Officer got out of his car during the traffic stop.
Tuell managed to elude police and eventually made his way back home to the Regal Inn near Cracker Barrel. Police later found the car in the parking lot of the motel and managed to track down Tuell. Tuell was arrested and charged with felony evading arrest, possession of a scheduled two drug – after police say they found a crack rock in the car and driving on a revoked license for the 9th time. Tuell was booked under a $12,000 bond.
