A man accused of driving 70-miles an hour down a 30-mile an hour street was arrested by Murfreesboro Police on Wednesday morning. Stephen Craig Garrison was pulled over in the area of Lascassas Pike and Middle Tennessee Blvd. The arresting officer noted that Garrison was unsteady on his feet when he got out of his vehicle.

Garrison was charged for the 4th time with DUI and simple possession of marijuana. He will appear in court in January.
