A Little Rock, Arkansas man visiting a Murfreesboro Wendy's restaurant allegedly stated to workers at the establishment, "That he kills people for a living and that it was time to begin." As Richard Shultz made the statement, he was allegedly banging on their drive through window.

Shultz paid a visit to the fast food eatery on Old Fort Parkway this past Friday night at 10:30. When police arrived on the scene, Shultz was said to be sitting near the drive through window. The 47-year old man denied making any statement towards employees and denied banging on the window. He did however admit to indulging in the use of alcohol.
