For the fourth time a 42-year old Murfreesboro man has been arrested and charged with "Driving on a Revoked License." Brian Jamey Timberlake was pulled over on South Church Street for making an improper turn. Once the blue lights were turned on, police say Timberlake drove another 500 yards before stopping.

When police approached the drivers window, he allegedly told the officer his name was James Fusey. Right when the subject told police his name, the female passenger began having a seizure. Paramedics quickly responded to the scene to transport the woman to the hospital.

In the ambulance, the woman told police her name was Nicki McCullough, which was later confirmed to be false. Her real name was Virginia Padgett. The woman also handed paramedics a small bag of weed and then retrieved a drug known as Suboxone. The Suboxone tablet was hidden in a body cavity between her legs.

As Padgett was being loaded into the ambulance, police determined that the driver was not James Fusey, but instead Brian Timberlake. The Murfreesboro resident was charged with not only his 4th Driving on a Revoked License Charge, but also with two counts for violating his probation and criminal impersonation.

After Padgett was released from the hospital, she was charged with criminal impersonation, simple possession and violation of probation.
