Man Arrested at Medical Center Pkwy Business for Drug Possession

Man Arrested at Medical Center Pkwy Business for Drug Possession | Hunter Fann, marijuana, Murfreesboro news, Murfreesboro Police, WGNS, WGNS News

A 24-year old student from Murfreesboro was charged with drug possession and having drug paraphernalia after employees at a 1970 Medical Center Parkway business became concerned for him. Officer Ernst reports Hunter Fann of London Derry Drive was shaking and appeared lethargic when he arrived at the location. Fann was asked by the officer if he had any alcohol or drugs, which Fann denied. Officer Ernst saw a white vehicle parked illegally outside the business and determined it belonged to Fann. When he asked the suspect if he'd like it towed or to have the officer move it, Fann responded the officer could move it. That's when the report indicates the officer found marijuana and electronic scales inside the vehicle. Fann was placed under arrest in lieu of 15-thousand dollars bond. He has an April 29th court date in General Sessions Court.
