For time number five, a Murfreesboro man has been charged with "Driving on a Suspended License."

41-year old Michael Daniel Curran was originally pulled over for having a non-functioning brake light. After police started speaking to Curran, a warrant check revealed that his license was suspended for failing to pay child support with four prior charges.

Curran was taken to jail and placed under a $6,500 bond. He was released two hours later after posting the bond and will appear in court on July 7, 2015.
