Man Charged for 5th Time for Driving on a Revoked License

A Murfreesboro man was charged for the 5^th time for driving on a revoked license. Andrew James Burns was questioned by police on Hancock Street this past Sunday at 1 in the morning. Burns was also charged as a habitual offender. The man was booked into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center under a $5,000 bond.
