A charge of Driving on a Revoked license for the 6th time was filed against 50-Year old Gregory D. Dunnaway after he allegedly came close to striking a police car in the Lowes parking lot. The incident was said to have taken place around 11:30 on Sunday morning in Murfreesboro.

Police stopped Dunnaway for what they called “careless driving.” It was revealed through dispatch that Dunnaway had been stopped 5-previous times for driving on a revoked license, this past Sunday of course adding up to time number 6.  The officer who arrested the subject noted that he was not wearing a safety belt and he did not have proof of insurance. Citations were issued to Dunnaway for those matters.

The suspect was placed behind bars under a $3,500 bond.
