For the sixth time a 42-year old Murfreesboro man has been arrested and charged with "Driving on a Suspended License." John Lane Walling was pulled over while driving his Ford truck down Old Fort Parkway for a registration violation. When police ran the tag on the truck, it returned to a two door Mazda car. Police stopped the driver after noticing he also failed to come to a complete stop in a turning lane and his right tail light was white instead of red.

When a police officer spoke to Walling, it was confirmed that he had five previous "Driving on a Suspended License" charges for failing to pay his original violation. The man also had two active "Violation of Probation" warrants in Cannon County.
