The Honorable Judge David Bragg presided over the January term of the Grand Jury in Cannon County. The Cannon County Grand Jury Returned 26 True Bills, 20 Indictments and 6 Sealed Indictments. Of the 20-indictments, 1-was served on a man accused of raping a child. Donald L. Reed was charged with 20-counts of rape of a child and 20-counts of incest. Reed will appear before the courts in the near future. As of now, Reed has not been convicted.
