Man Charged with 4th DUI in Murfreesboro

A Normandy, Tennessee man was arrested in Murfreesboro and charged for the fifth time with driving on a revoked license. Ricky Clifford Cambell was also charged for the fourth time with DUI. Once in handcuffs and at the local jail, Cambell refused to submit to a blood alcohol test. After refusing, authorities forcibly withdrew blood from Cambell’s arm, thanks to a new law that allows for police to forcibly withdraw blood from a suspected drunk driver if the person has been convicted of DUI in the past. Cambell was charged as a habitual offender and will have to appear in court on May 1st
