Man charged with 6th DUI to face courts for plea date next week | DUI, Murfreesboro news

A Nashville man arrested in Rutherford County on the charge of his 6th DUI will appear in Circuit Court next week on March 27th. Johnny Bernard Brooks was arrested after being pulled over on South Rutherford Blvd. November 19, 2012.

Brooks’ past DUI’s took place between the years of 2003 and 2010.

Brooks was not only charged with DUI for the 6th time, but also with driving on a revoked license. He was booked into the local jail under a $24,000 bond and remains behind bars today. He was appointed a public defender to represent him in court.
