Man Charged with Rape of a Child, Under the Age of 10

An 18-year old has been charged with three counts of rape against a child. Dylan L. Webster, who in an apartment on Warrior Drive, was apprehended on Tuesday in Murfreesboro. Webster was arrested after police received information from the Department of Children Services that he allegedly had sex with an eight year old girl.

During a police interview Webster reportedly admitted to having sex with the child. The first time the intercourse allegedly occurred, the child was only seven. A court date for Webster has not yet been decided.

He is innocent!!! This lil girl has cried wolf on numerous occasions! He deserves an apology! He is in jail for nothing!! I can't wait till his proven not guilty and goes home!!!
