A Susan Drive man had to have his finger amputated after being bitten by a dog. The victim told Murfreesboro Police his German Shepard mix got into a fight with another dog at his home Sunday. The victim was able to break up the fight but the other dog bit him. The victim's wife told authorities she didn't know the dog's owner, but it was frequently seen in the neighborhood.
