A 28-year old Murfreesboro was arrested on his fourth DUI charge on Wednesday.  Wesley Robert Hayes was pulled over on the MTSU campus at 2 in the morning. Apparently, Hayes was driving on a revoked license and had been involved in an accident. The Murfreesboro man allegedly left the scene of the accident and was charged accordingly by MTSU Police.
