Varner has been convicted in two separate murders from the early 90’s. He is a known gang member in the gang (Crips) and is believed to be armed and extremely dangerous.
Varner is believed to be in a 2006 White Ford F150 bearing TN tag 706 YDC, his last known location was in Tullahoma TN.
There is an outstanding warrant for Varner’s arrest for Criminal Attempt to Commit 1st degree Murder.
Varner has ties to Chattanooga, Nashville and the Memphis area as well. Anyone with information on Varner’s location should contact the Manchester Police Department at 931-728-2099 or 931-728-9555.
Investigators Stuart Colwell and Jackie Matheny Jr. are investigating this case. Varner’s girlfriend Natalie Marcelle Smith has been arrested and charged with being an Accessory after the Fact.
Anyone caught harboring, assisting or in any way attempting to assist John O’Keefe Varner will be arrested.
