The Moose Lodge building in Murfreesboro is for sale and has been for over a year now. The lodge members want to downsize their facility because of declining membership. The lodge building on NW Broad St., across from the Stones River Country Club is about 13,600-square feet in size and they aim to relocate to a building about half that size. At one point, there were close to 3,000 members, both men and women. Today they have a little over 1,000 members. 

The building is listed with Clark Maples Realty and Auction for $1.3-million.
