28-year old Garieon Simmons of Dechard, Tennessee, which is in Franklin County, was the driver of a stolen SUV from Coffee County. Killed in the Friday accident on South Church Street and Veterans Parkway was 28-year old Jennifer Campos. She was turning out of a parking lot on South Church Street when she was hit in the driver's side door. Her seven month old daughter survived.

27-year old Katrina Sadler was hurt when the S-U-V continued on, hitting her head-on. Simmons was also injured in the crash.

Authorities in Franklin County say they're familiar with Simmons. In fact, a spokesperson told NewsRadio WGNS he's "a frequent flyer." According to the report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, drugs are a factor on the part of Simmons and toxicology tests have been ordered.drugs

Simmons originally gave authorities the name Demario Watkins of Murfreesboro as his name. That information was corrected by authorities once they discovered they were given the wrong information.

Simmons is in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center now after being released from the hospital. He's facing charges of vehicular homicide, two counts of aggravated assault, driving on a revoked license, resisting arrest, violation of probation, and being a habitual motor vehicle offender.
