A 45-year old Murfreesboro woman was arrested this week for not taking her child to school. Evidently, the child attends a local city school. The mother was charged with two counts of failure to cause her child to attend school.  Sonya Rena Waters was also charged with a felony count of violating her probation. After being booked into the Adult Detention Center, she was placed under a $40-thousand bond.
