Motorcycle Helmet Law Talk Deferred One Week

Any action on the proposed law that would allow persons 21 and older to ride a motorcycle in Tennessee without a helmet (House Bill 2661) has been deferred. The House bill and the companion bill in the Senate (SB 2541) were discussed on Tuesday and deferred to the Transportation Subcommittee to further discuss the helmet law on February 21st.
