When a Murfreesboro police officer left home to get into his squad car, he discovered two bullet holes in the passenger door. No gunfire was heard, so it is not known when the bullets hit the vehicle.

Detectives are taking this seriously and the TBI has recovered the shells and is doing a forensic analysis on them.
