The Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors presented college scholarships to five high school seniors in the 8-county area served by the Association. Two of the scholarships awarded were presented to Rutherford County graduating seniors at Smyrna High School. Elizabeth Ethridge and Abygail Howard both plan to attend MTSU in the fall.

The local Realtor group accepts scholarship applications each spring from high school seniors planning to attend an accredited 2-year or 4-year college or university which is physically located within its 8-county area. This year’s scholarships are for fall 2014 and spring 2015. They may be used for any expense that these students may incur.
