The MTCS girls held off Forrest 68-61. Abby Buckner had 37 points for the Lady Cougars, who improve to 15-4. The MTCS boys dropped their first district game of the year to Forrest 66-56. The Cougars travel to take on the Rockets again on Saturday in a make-up game.
