MTMC Healthy Cooking Class February 6th

Middle Tennessee Medical Center’s (MTMC) Bariatric Services has scheduled its February healthy cooking class for Wednesday night, February 6th, at 5:30 in The McDonald Meeting room at MTMC.

The class in February will be Valentine’s Day themed.

The classes, led by Chef Bill Konyok with MTMC’s Food and Nutrition Department, are designed to provide attendees with valuable information, accompanied by demonstrations and tastings, on how to cook healthy while still attaining a delicious meal.
