Middle Tennessee Medical Center adds Graham Russell as the new surgical and invasive services director.

With more than 30 year of experience as a registered nurse, Russell began his career as an OR staff nurse in 1984 at the former Park View Hospital in Nashville, Tenn.

Russell has held surgical services leadership positions as director at the Lutheran Medical Center in Denver, and corporate director at the HCA Corporation in Nashville. Most recently he has owned and operated his own consulting firm focused on operations improvement in surgical service areas.

Russell received his nursing degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He is currently a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and a past member of the Council on Nursing Practice and Tennessee Board of Registered Nurses.
