It's a very quiet time on campus...just before a flood of students overtake the campus once again. University official are using this time, just after summer graduation and before the fall semester gets underway, to do an underground electrical project. Electricity on campus was cut yesterday (Sunday) and will remain off today (Monday) to about 35 buildings on the campus.
